Started in March 2022 we began our passion for improving the lives of frontline workers.

To promote frontline worker health and wellness.
To reduce frontline worker mental health stigma.
To support frontline worker peer support and critical incident stress management teams.
Frontline Wellness Program
Frontline Wellness
The Frontline Wellness Program is getting started in Central Wisconsin and will expand to be a statewide program.
Frontline workers are all those who serve the community directly and have a high likelihood of experiencing excessive stress and trauma in their work. This includes all staff members in many agencies and departments. We serve staff members in departments and agencies including fire, emergency medical services, law enforcement, social/human services, schools, jail/prisons, probation and parole, medical examiner/coroner, district attorneys offices, and any other public service agency/department.
Participants will be able to participate in wellness activities and programs such as personal training, group fitness, massage therapy, yoga, organized outdoor activities, and much more.
We were able to get this program started in Marathon County with support provided through the B.A. & Esther Greenheck Foundation.
